This project aims to increase green areas for sustainable living in society, so with every elevator sold, we will plant one tree for our society. We hope this will help decrease air pollution and filter air for our society. We have been running this project since 2009, and we have been growing tress in various places under the Mitsubishi name or under our clients’ names. For instance, at Mitsubishi Garden at Baan Sam Lung School, Pracha-Rangsan, Sukhothai, we grew 200 trees around the school and the football field. We also planted 999 Ratchapruek trees in the middle of the Bangna-Trad Road, KM. 6 (currently is Debaratana Road) for His Majesty the King. We believe it will help filter the air for the drivers and the people. Also, the collaboration between the Royal Forest Department and the Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to increase forest areas in many provinces such as Nakornratchasima, Lopburi, Ratchaburi, in the total more than 150 Rai or 30,000 seedlings were planted.
