By the operation of M’s BRIDGE™ system, the device is installed by linking the elevator monitoring signal with the elevator fault signal transmitted through the device of M’s BRIDGE™ system. The information is transmitted via wireless internet phone network signal to the central data processing center in Japan. M’s BRIDGE™ will realize the transmission of data from many elevator operations around the world has enabled the introduction of Big Data processing through MITSUBISHI’s intelligent “AI” system, enabling cutting-edge maintenance innovations.
Data signals are evaluated through an M’s BRIDGE™ system to record operations and identify potential downtime and operational insecurity as a cause of device malfunctions (Abnormal signal). Since the elevator is the highest safety requirements, the operation requires many signal sensors to transmit signals to the control device in the machine-room. Therefore, it is more difficult to check for abnormalities by mechanic. However, if it is found that the elevator has a chance to break down or stop working, it is still important for service personnel to service, adjust or replace normal parts according to the M’s BRIDGE™ signal.
