MET Joins the Conversation on the Future of Vertical Transportation at International Engineering Expo 2026

Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd. took part in the seminar “Vertical Transportation Revolution” held as part of International Engineering Expo 2026 on 23 July 2026 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok.

Organized by The Engineering Institute of Thailand under H.M. The King’s Patronage (EIT), the seminar brought together leading experts from the elevator and escalator industry to exchange insights on the future of vertical transportation amid the growing global focus on carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable building development.

The seminar explored how elevator systems are evolving beyond conventional transportation equipment to become an integral part of intelligent building platforms, the contribution of intelligent vertical transportation to sustainable urban mobility, and the future of building mobility driven by engineering innovation and smart technologies.
