“Pruksa” and “Mitsubishi” raise the standard of living for the better through “The Palm Residence”

Moving Forward with Building Quality Homes! Pruksa, Thailand's leading real estate developer, reinforces its vision of creating homes that support a high quality of life for all ages under the concept "LIFETIME WELL-LIVING, Living Well...for Life." Recently, the company partnered with global expert Mitsubishi Elevator, a specialist in passenger elevators, to pilot the installation of Japanese-standard elevators at The Palm Residence Pattanakarn. This initiative reflects the belief that “A good home begins with quality materials.”

Mr. Dhira Thongwilai, Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, emphasized that Pruksa’s residential development strategy going forward is centered on delivering homes that provide lifelong quality of living under the "LIFETIME WELL-LIVING" concept. This approach is built upon three core principles: Well Home—building high-quality homes; Well Care—offering services that promote physical and mental well-being; and Well Community—fostering positive, thriving communities. Pruksa pays close attention to every detail and process, including the careful selection of partners who share its vision.

Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) is a leader and expert in passenger elevators under the international brand Mitsubishi Electric, trusted and relied upon by users worldwide. We are proud to be a partner who shares Pruksa's commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life, with meticulous attention to detail—from smooth operation and quietness to safety technology, energy efficiency, and sustainable living. Mitsubishi elevators not only stand out with their high safety standards, but also embody continuous innovation designed to improve quality of life in every aspect.

"We don’t just want to create beautiful and comfortable homes. At the core of Well Home, Pruksa homes must deliver quality in every dimension—constructed with premium materials, offering excellent functionality, comfort, and safety. They must integrate technologies and innovations that meet future needs, while ensuring long-term value through low maintenance costs and stable performance throughout their lifespan. Mitsubishi elevators align with these standards. We will begin this collaboration by installing Mitsubishi elevators in homes at The Palm Residence Pattanakarn, before expanding to other Pruksa projects—ensuring residents experience a better quality of life every day, not just when moving in, but throughout their lives" Mr. Dhira said.

Mr. Dhira added that having a home elevator allows everyone to live independently, regardless of floor level. This is especially beneficial for the elderly or wheelchair users, who no longer need to remain confined indoors. Moreover, the chosen elevator is designed to blend seamlessly with the home, like a piece of furniture. It features a soft-landing system, a backup power supply in case of outages, and materials that help reduce the spread of germs. With a capacity of up to six passengers, or approximately 450 kilograms, it is ideal for large families seeking comfort and safety at every stage of life.

Mr. Katsuya Kawabata, Managing Director of Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated that, “We are very pleased and proud to be trusted and partner with Pruksa to deliver products and services that meet the needs in terms of quality, safety, and energy saving and sustainability.

As a leader in the elevator business, we place great importance on creating innovations that not only improve people’s quality of life but also help promote the stable growth of the Thai real estate industry, especially in Pruksa’s projects, which have a clear goal of developing residences for a better quality of life of Thais.

The company places importance on safety. For the elevator system, safety devices are installed, such as a dual brake system, a power backup system in case of power outages, and Door’s elevator sensor system. Our products are durable, have a low repair rate, and reduce the burden of long-term maintenance, which is in line with Pruksa’s sustainable investment concept. With a team of service technicians ready to provide care 24 hours a day, covering all areas, emphasizing speed, quality, and attention to detail to ensure exceeding customer satisfaction.

In addition, we have developed elevator technology to be in line with the modern lifestyle, fully supporting the Smart Building concept, and continuously emphasizing the reduction of environmental impacts, including energy management in elevators, such as turning off lights and fans when no one is using them, which helps reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, which is in line with Pruksa’s goal of being a truly environmentally friendly organization.

We are committed to moving forward alongside Pruksa as a business partner with the same stance: to improve people’s quality of life, to be attentive to the highest quality standards at every stage, and to continuously invent various technologies to be able to deliver products that help improve the quality of life standards of all Thais, so that every product we deliver  helps complete the living experience that is safe, comfortable and suitable for all stages of life”.
