MET organizes a seminar “Lift Up the Quality of Life with Mitsubishi Electric”
Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or MET organized a seminar “Lift Up the Quality of Life with Mitsubishi Electric” and a panel discussion “Sustainable Real Estate: The Economy Recovers Through the EEC”, Mr. Katsuya Kawabata, Managing Director of MET, made a speech as the official opening the seminar. The event was organized to provide basic knowledge and current technologies about passenger elevators, escalators, smart air conditioning systems for buildings, and building management system including information and knowledge sharing related to the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
The seminar “Lift Up the Quality of Life with Mitsubishi Electric” aimed to present basic knowledge about passenger elevators and escalators on the topic of “Vertical Transportation” by speakers from Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and the topic of “Smart Building HVAC and Mitsubishi Electric's intelligent air conditioning system for modern buildings” by speakers from Mitsubishi Electric Kang Yong Watana Co., Ltd.
In addition, there was a special panel discussion on the topic of “Sustainable Real Estate: The Economy Recovers Through the EEC”, honored guest speakers; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalong Thapsri, EEC project researcher, Mr. Watanapol Pholchiwin, President of Chonburi Real Estate Association, Mr. Songwut Apirakkhit, Director of Investor Service Office, and Mr. Suntipong Buranakittayakorn, General Manager of Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd., joined and shared their extensive knowledge and experiences with the participants very well. More than 100 persons participated from various business fields such as project developers, project owners, architects, building managers, and building officials from Chonburi and nearby provinces. The seminar was held on 28th August 2024 at the Grande Centre Point Space Hotel, Pattaya.
