Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) continues CSR project Donate a school building to Khok Sa-at School Bueng Kan Province

Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand), the distributor of elevators, escalators, and moving walks. Being a business leader along with social responsibility because we believe that participating in helping society will help society develop sustainably. We take pride in our ongoing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) work is the Hometown School Development Project.

Hometown School Development is a project that gives the opportunity to employees to participate in the development of their hometown schools. It will be open to employees in the organization to nominate their hometown schools that want to develop for students. The school was selected is Khok Sa-at School, Bueng Kan Province, presented by Mr. Natthawut Petcharachai, an employee from the Safety and Quality Department for a school building by receiving funding from Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to build a new school building that has been designed by students from INDA, The International Program in Design and Architecture, Chulalongkorn University.

In handing over the school building, Ms. Kaori Takahashi, Managing Director of Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and volunteer employees traveled with a group of teachers from The International Program in Design and Architecture, Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University (INDA) to hold a ceremony to hand over the school building to Khok Sa-at School, Bueng Kan province in February 2024.

Moreover, Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and employees also joined in offering robes and other needs to monks, including donating school supplies and support trees to plant in the project "One Lift You Need, One Seed We Plant" to help preserve the environment and increase green space for the school. We sincerely hope to be a part of improving the quality of life of children and spreading good values to society in the future.
