Training Specialist/เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรม (1 position)

Responsibility

-         Prepare training course guidelines objectives, contents and lesson plans as well as conduct the training to comply with the year plan.

-         Design and conduct the training needs survey to collect data about the needs for training.

-         Prepare lesson plan and conduct the course according to the prepared plan in order to achieve the training objectives.

-         Complete End to End training (identify training needs-developing script/tools-delivering training-monitoring-measurement)

-         Select the suitable instructors internally and externally for the most training efficiency.

-         Summarize training evaluation and follow up the effectiveness of the training including represent to management level.

-         Accommodate the information derived from the evaluation to improve the training course to best fit with the needs of each department.

-         Take care of the coordination with each department and also with other organization in conducting each training program.

-         Conduct DVT program as to follow the company’s policies.

  • Provide legal support and advice on various legal aspects related to company business including corporate commercial, tax, intellectual property, immigration and litigation
  • Contact and coordinate with government units regarding legal matters

ENGINEER (6 position)

Responsibility

Mechanical Function

  • To execute proposal and project work in construction business.
  • Implement project documents and also distribute to related persons.
  • Supervise and consult to sub-contract on site about the corrective installation methods.
  • Track the project work status and report to contractors and owner periodically in order to ensure that every task is not overdue, reconcile in case of these any past-due job occur.
  • Provide project schedule in detail by focusing on effective cost and quality of work.

QA Function

  • To take and create test plans, test requirement, test scenarios and test data for use during the functional.
  • Implementing the defect in process, corrective complaint of customer and supporting to improve new model.
  • Analyzing, investigating caused of quality problem by coordinating with suppliers including ensure improving protection process.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining the quality plan and related QA document in accordance with project specification.
  • Initiate (corrective and preventive) action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity product, service and process.
  • Monitor quality objective result and collate report to management.

Purchasing&Logistics Function

  • Control local and oversea supplier for new part/ new model.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers and negotiate terms for major purchases.
  • Coordinate about negotiating with suppliers and handle assessment, request for quotation from supplier and evaluation supplier performance.
  • Confirmation to supplier for invoice and solving problem in related job.
  • Coordinate with technical team in new model project.
  • Analyze and evaluate price trends to identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs.
  • Control effectively of purchasing schedule that meet with operation requirement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or and related field.
  • Possess strong, coaching and negotiating skills.
  • Able to work effectively as a team as well as independently.
  • Computer literate.

Corporate Planning Executive / Accounting Manager (1 position)

  • Conduct an internal audit to ensure compliance
  • Analyzing and preparing executive reports;
    • Internal: Analyze financials details, business, operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expense and/or to provide advice.
    • External: Provide benchmarking with committers’ financial statement
  • Liaison among cross functional works to ensure effectiveness of work process.
  • Develop or update functional control processes and procedures.
  • Maintains knowledge of currant accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Create value of the company through the identification of process improvements or sharing best practices from IT compliance and operational perspective.
  • Develop systems with the financial and operation Managers to enhance work process.
Works with the Financial Systems Accounting area to ensure proper accounting for information from the various system of record, Including integrity of data, proper General Ledger coding and proper application of accounting rules.

Qualification

  • At least Master Degree of Accounting Information System or Accounting with min experience of 5 years in this filed.
  • Strong analytical skill, Presentation and Reporting.
  • Excellent in English (More than TOEIC 800)
  • Details-Oriented, String leadership, Good time management and able to manage the team.
